The NCHE conference needs about 250 volunteers to happen. There are lots of workshops to choose from, as well as incentives like exclusive book fair time and recordings of workshops you can’t get to!

Volunteers Needed in the Following Areas:
Registration Table – working on Thursday at 12-2:30 pm to hand out pre-registration envelopes and wristbands.
Bus Parking Attendant – working on Friday to monitor the buses
Workshops – attending workshops, taking attendance counts, handing out papers, etc.
Volunteer table – time at the table helping check in other volunteers
Graduation – handing out programs, helping with seating
Talent Showcase – handing out programs, helping with seating
Door Monitors – making sure people have wristbands
Teen Socials – monitoring doors
Junior Marshalls – teens assisting with graduation

Volunteer Incentives:
- And exclusively for all full conference, pre-registered attendees – 2 hours on Thursday before opening to the public!
- The volunteer committee at the volunteer table will be able to process pre-registered, full conference volunteers (no standing in the pre-registration line!)
- For each 1 hour of volunteer time you will receive a voucher for one CD recording redeemable at the NCHE Recording table.
- Other special gifts and incentives will be waiting for volunteers at the conference!
